If you believe that goods you purchased from us are faulty, damaged or not as described, then please contact us and explain your problem. If you leave a message with us, we will endeavour to return your email within 24 business hours – as we are a small company please bear in mind that we may not return an email to you immediately. If it cannot be resolved, we may ask you to return them within a reasonable time frame, with an explanation of the problem, and we will deliver a refund or rectify the problem.
Where you exercise your right to cancel an order, we will give you a refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Once an order is dispatched by us, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory for whatever reason.
We are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address and phone number, so that we can send you your goods and also so that we can contact you about the status of your order.
We keep a record of your name, address and phone number because it is necessary to provide these to the delivery courier – this is standard practice in mail order.
Credit Card Details
Credit card payments are processed for us by PayPal, a secure, online third-party payment processor. We never see your credit card details, and we don’t have access to them.
For the normal functioning of the web store, it is necessary for us to temporarily remember information about the network address of your computer. This information is erased when you complete a purchase, and is not stored in any long-term database.
We will not disclose, sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
You need to be present for delivery or leave instructions on where the parcel can be left if you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery. If for any reason you are not present when delivery is made Fastway will try and ring you for directions on what to do. If you cannot take a call and they cannot leave a message then Fastway will try again tomorrow. If after several attempts the parcel cannot be delivered and / or you cannot be contacted then your parcel will be returned to us.
In any instance where Fastway return goods to us, we will only be able to resend your parcel upon payment of courier charges to deliver goods to you again, in which case we can only take payment by phone. No refunds can be given in this instance.
