Returns

If you believe that goods you purchased from us are faulty, damaged or not as described, then please contact us and explain your problem. If you leave a message with us, we will endeavour to return your email within 24 business hours – as we are a small company please bear in mind that we may not return an email to you immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may ask you to return your order within a reasonable time frame, with an explanation of the problem, and we will deliver a refund or rectify the problem.

Cancellation

Where you exercise your right to cancel an order, we will give you a refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Once an order is dispatched by us, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory for any reason.

Delivery

All online orders are shipped through An Post. Information on operating hours, holidays, missed deliveries etc. can be found on their website here.

Our shipments through An Post often deliver on the the next business day. If your order hasn’t arrived after 3 business days, please email us with your issue and we will happily supply an An Post tracking number for your order.

Delivery outside ROI and NI.

All orders made on this website receive free delivery within Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. For orders from all other countries, please contact us directly.

Your privacy is important to us, and we respect the trust you instill in us when you share your information with us. We collect information you give us to complete the shipping procedure of the products you purchase from us, and we also collect information in the background in order to give us a better overview of how people interact with us online. Here you can find all the information we have regarding data we collect on you whilst on our website.

Should you need to review and amend/delete the personal data we have collected on you, please contact us directly. We will send you a full breakdown of the information we have access to about you within a week, and you have the option to update or delete any part, or all of it.

We do not collect any information or data on you that we do not need or use.

Your Details:
Your fist & last name, shipping address, e-mail address and in some cases phone number will be required in order to ship your purchases to you. We do not use your personal details for any other reason, and do not share this with any third party. Your contact details will be removed from our secure system after 2 years. We do not have access to your credit-card number, Paypal or Stripe accounts.

Payment:
Payment are processed through PayPal and Stripe. You can check their privacy policies here for PayPal and here for Stripe.

Email:
Contact made with us through e-mail is accessed through a secured Google G-Mail account, on a password secured terminal. Correspondence is archived in our email accounts for 5 years in order to refer to previous purchases and invoices. We do not share any personal information from our e-mail accounts with any third party.

Mailing List:
Consenting users will be added to our mailing list for marketing e-mails. E-mails are sent through the ‘Squarespace’ and ‘Mailchimp’ services. Data will not be shared with any other parties, and will be kept if and until the user unsubscribes. To unsubscribe from our mailing list, a user can click on “unsubscribe” on a mail-out (usually at the bottom of the e-mail), or contact us directly and request to be removed.
